If you book an appointment and plan to use a gift card / certificate but fail to show up or cancel, there will be a 20% “no-show” charge applied to your gift card / certificate. This charge is intended to compensate for the inconvenience caused by the missed appointment and to encourage clients to honor their scheduled appointments or cancel them in advance if necessary.
